To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information to keep it accurate
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

You retain ownership of the content and data generated through your interviews. By using the Service, you grant DoMaybe a license to process, analyze, and store this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service may allow you to connect your own API keys for AI providers. You are responsible for:

• Compliance with third-party provider terms of service
• Any costs incurred through your API usage
• Maintaining the security of your API credentials

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

DoMaybe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that affect your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DoMaybe operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
